Scooter's World Famous Dawg House is family owned and operated. The Capel-Hagara Family bought the business, then known as Headlands Ice Cream, in 2001. Ever since, Scooter's has received local acclaim for its unlimited variations of Hotdog fun and deliciousness. They are also well known for their incredible ice cream treats!
